You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your username or password with any third party, and you accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your Account. ojktoto will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. All financial transactions on the ojktoto Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ojktoto does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect Platform availability, and the Company will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigation.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent you from seeking urgent interlocutory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
ojktoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. For minor amendments — such as typographical corrections or clarifications — notice may not be given and the updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication.
